We started the week in full swing inside and outside the factory. We pack our bags to attend a unique exhibition in the Ibérico ham sector. On the calendar marked in red we have Tuesday the eighth of June and on the map a cross in Sanxenxo.

“Tentación Ibérica” is coming to Rías Baixas for the first time and we will be there with our best clothes. We want to make Luis Domingo’s Iberico cured meats known to the professionals of the hotel and catering industry in Pontevedra, so that they can taste them and find the perfect harmony with the wines of the country’s great wineries. This experience is very enriching for the whole Luis Domingo team because it helps us to keep improving day by day.

This is the first time that Tentación Ibérica is held in the province of Pontevedra, but we have already visited many cities and met great professionals from all over the country. There is no other event where you can taste so many Iberico jewels cut by knife by professionals and at the same time combine them with sherries, sparkling wines, whites with barrels, suggestive reds or cider.

El martes recibiremos a los hosteleros y restauradores gallegos con muchas ganas de aprender de ellos. Queremos conocer sus opiniones y darles cuenta del buen hacer tradicional que mantenemos en la producción. We work with care and attention from the rearing of our own Ibérico pigs until they are ready for consumption at their optimum point. We will take the work we have been doing for decades in the Sierra de Gredos to the shores of the Atlantic.

We are packing our bags full of hope and optimism. We are looking forward to sharing this experience with great professionals and friends. We are waiting for you at Tentación Ibérica in Sanxenxo!
