1. ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These General Terms and Conditions are the only ones applicable and replace any other general terms and conditions, except in case of prior, express and written cancellation. Occasionally some articles may be modified, so it is advisable that these are read and accepted with every purchase. Each purchase on the WEBSITE is governed by the general terms and conditions applicable on the date of the order. 2.1. Product Information.
Both the literature in the descriptions and the illustrative photographs of the products are merely informative, not contractual. Only the declared weight and content are contractual.
2.2. Information on weights.
It is impossible to produce pork products of an exact weight. The weights offered for each product are approximate and only guarantee that the actual weight will be between the minimum and maximum indicated with a possible margin of error:
Margin of error for hams + – 250 grams,
Margin of error for pallets of + – 250 grams,
Margin of error for loins and sausages of + – 200 grams
Margin of error for fresh meat moulds +- 100 grams
The published weights are the statistical central weights of these ranges.
All products are marked with a best-before date recommendation: the point at which the quality begins to decline significantly, although the product is still edible. The WEB is not responsible for the consequences of consumption after this date, which is 10 days for refrigerated products and 1 year for frozen and cured products.
3. PRICES AND QUANTITIES
The sales prices indicated on the WEB are shown in euros including VAT. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time and we undertake to apply the current rates indicated on the WEBSITE at the time of confirmation of your order.
All orders placed on this WEBSITE will be sent together with the corresponding delivery note. The corresponding invoice will also be sent with the order, confirmed by e-mail. Please note that the details provided at the time of purchase will be those detailed on the invoice, and no changes may be made to them after the invoice has been issued. In the case of companies, it is important to include the VAT number and the correct address and company name in the boxes. For natural persons it is essential to fill in the DNI (National Identity Card).

5. LOCATIONS, DELIVERY TIMES AND SHIPPING COSTS
5.1. Places of delivery.
Orders will be shipped to the Iberian Peninsula excluding Portugal without any restrictions. For orders to Ceuta, Melilla, the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands, it is necessary to contact the company to manage the order more efficiently.
For orders placed outside the national territory, it will be necessary to contact the company to study and plan the order.
5.2. Delivery deadlines.
DUE TO THE IMPACT OF COVID-19 ON CARRIERS, DELIVERY TIMES MAY BE DELAYED DEPENDING ON THE DESTINATION. The delivery time of the order will be two/three working days:

5.3. Shipping costs
The shipping costs will be those summarised in the “transport costs” section, except for deliveries outside the Iberian Peninsula, which will be those that the company communicates to each customer at the time the order is placed.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without the need for any justification, a right that must be exercised within a maximum period of 72 hours from the date of delivery. However, given the nature of the products, the exercise of the right of withdrawal shall be conditional upon the product being returned to the WEBSITE with the packaging and all seals in perfect condition. In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the Customer will be reimbursed the full price of the product, the cost of returning the product being borne by the Customer. With regard to possible problems in the product caused by the handling of the transport agency, they will have to be made known to the carrier and the company at the same time of receipt of the order, proceeding to the return of the order at the same time.
Within five days you will receive an answer to your complaint, accepting it totally or partially with the appropriate justification, and you will be offered from the replacement of the goods with shipping costs at our expense to a repair system or even a full refund of your money in the same account or card you used for the payment. In the latter case you must return the goods. The refund will be made once the shipment has been received and its contents verified, all within 5 days. Given the food characteristics of the product, returns will not be accepted unless they have been preceded by an e-mail warning and confirmed by our customer service department (customer service hours on working days 9:00-14:30).
9. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
For the solution of any conflict that may arise as a result of this contract between the Client and the WEB, both parties expressly waive their own jurisdictions, and submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Salamanca and their hierarchical superiors.
