DUE TO THE IMPACT OF COVID-19 ON CARRIERS, DELIVERY TIMES MAY BE DELAYED DEPENDING ON THE DESTINATION.
The delivery time of the order will be two/three working days:
-From the same day if the order is placed before 13:00 HOURS.
-The day after the order is placed if the order is placed after 13:00 HOURS.
If, once the product has been delivered, the Customer considers that the product in question does not meet the quality conditions necessary for its consumption, he/she must send us an e-mail describing his/her complaint and attaching a photo of the product complained of no later than 72 hours after receipt.
With regard to possible problems in the product caused by the handling of the transport agency, they will have to be made known to the carrier and the company at the same time of receipt of the order, proceeding to the return of the order at the same time.
